To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must meet the following conditions:

• Return the product within thirty (30) days from the delivery date in original condition and packaging. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
• Use a pre-paid return label. Contact us and we will email you one.

FitzAlan's designers are based in the US, UK, and Italy.

We take pride in only working with the world's best gear and apparel manufacturers. The Vernly Series reels were developed over a two-year period in partnership with a leading fly reel manufacturer. As part of this process, the reels were tested in Montana, Wyoming, Japan, and the UK.

Our design philosophy is modern pastoralism. Natural materials, colors grounded in nature, and as little plastic as we can manage. Our inspiration also flows from cinema and vintage aesthetics, creating pieces that feel both nostalgic and modern.
