Yes, we ship to many countries. Contact us if you are purchasing from outside the US.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must meet the following conditions:
- Return the product within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date in original condition and packaging. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
- Include a copy of the original receipt with your return
- Use a pre-paid return label. Contact us and we will email you one.
- If the product has a serial number, it must match the one on the original order.

Our releases are intentionally limited, and we rarely restock past items unless there is overwhelming demand. Once a product is launched, it’s typically never released again. To stay updated on potential restocks, subscribe to our newsletter.
